Appointments

Appointments can be made during office hours by calling (770)322-7333 or by completing our online appointment request form. If you are unable to keep an appointment, 24 notice of cancellation would be appreciated.

Emergencies

If you have an emergency during business hours, call us immediately at our main office number, (770)322-7333.

If you call our office during non-business hours, you will be connected to our answering service. The operator will contact the physician on call as needed. If your emergency is severe, you should go immediately to the emergency room. The emergency room doctor can notify your physician in our practice.

Prescription Refills

Please request prescription refills at the time of your next office visit or call during office hours if you must renew a prescription sooner. Prescription refill requests will only be handled during our office hours. Therefore, please plan your refill needs in advance.

During regular office hours, phone calls for prescription refills will be directed to our nurse. Requests for refills received before 4:00 pm will be processed by the end of the business day.

Requests for prescription refills on weekends and after 5:00 pm on weekdays generally are not granted at that time, unless the patient is having problems immediately after surgery.

Medical Questions

Patients with medical questions will be directed to our nurse. Please fully explain the problem to our nurse, who will consult with our physician. A response to your questions will be given by the end of the business day.

Account Inquiries

Questions regarding billing and patient accounts will be directed to our patient account specialist. For assistance with your billing and insurance claim needs, please have all your insurance information ready and call our helpful business staff, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
